Friends, turn and look back at IT world, there are ample of fields that you can venture in. The most common ones that people chooses are networking, server support, application support and desktop support. Currently there are too many competition out there for those fields that I have mentioned above. This makes the employers being very selective and demanding as there are too many people out there who can fill those common IT positions. Just imagine 100 people fighting for 1 position, who will win end of the day? It could be the one who with better experience, the one who ask for least pay package or the one who with recommendation.

Currently, there are field in IT industry such as SAP and ERP which has a very good demand just because not many people are venturing into these fields. SAP and ERP is and IT field which pays very well because of the current market demand. Many companies are diverting from their conventional system/application to efficient integrated system such as SAP and ERP and this makes the demand. This industry is still growing in Malaysia and should be considered by the coming generation who steps into IT world.
